“Life in Wonderland” by Mohammad Barrangi
Mohammad Barrangi’s artistic practice explores themes of travel, migration, and living with a physical disability. His works feature birds, reptiles, and mythical creatures through which he tells stories of movement, displacement, and diverse experiences of life in this world. By combining Eastern traditions of calligraphy and collage with Western compositions and scenes inspired by classical European paintings, he creates new layers of meaning and interpretation.
